Personal Training
My name is Amanda, and personal training has been at the heart of my work for over 20 years.
I help women build strength, confidence, and consistency — not just in the gym, but in how they show up for themselves. My approach goes beyond workouts. It’s about creating structure, trust, and momentum that actually fits real life.
I run a private home fitness studio in Cranston, Calgary, where I support women through all phases of training — from rebuilding and rehabbing to getting stronger and more confident in their bodies.
I’m a NAIT-certified Personal Trainer, a Core Confidence Specialist, and certified in menopause education, with additional training in activation, mobility, TRX, and group fitness.
At the core of my work is this belief:
Women don’t need to try harder — they need better support, smarter structure, and a process that works with their bodies.
