The Food Freedom Kickstart is your starting point. It’s a short, self-paced experience designed to calm food noise, break diet rules, and create simple structure around eating—without pressure or perfection. It helps you understand why diets haven’t worked and gives you a few key tools to start feeling more steady with food and your body. Fat Loss & Food Freedom (FLFF) is the next level. It’s a longer, guided mentorship where we take those foundations and apply them consistently over time, with more focus on FAT LOSS coaching, accountability, education, and support. This is where habits deepen, confidence grows, and sustainable fat loss becomes possible without falling back into restriction or all-or-nothing thinking.
