This 8 week coaching program is designed to take you back to basics to improve your relationship with food, reach your weightloss goals and improve your daily energy by regulating hormones. You learn why no foods are off limits by understanding how macronutrients like Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats work with your body. Traditional dieting tend to micromanage foods and numbers and overhauls your entire existence. That is stressful, unrealistic and unsustainable.
This program teaches you to let go of the diet mentality improve your metabolism, increase energy and control the mid section weight gain.
You will build confidence and trust in your body by meeting basic physiological needs so that when you want to reach further goals like losing weight or hitting certain performance goals, you can do so effortlessly.
It’s about finding #foodfreedom that is unique to your individual lifestyle as well as being curious and doing some detective work to find a way of eating and exercising that works for you. Most importantly, it’s about being a little less perfect to be a lot more consistent.
