The modules below encompass the 4 Anchors of the Food Freedom Method: Mindset, Moderation, Mindfulness and Management. Sprinkled in the modules are nutritional guidelines that help us improve our metabolisms and regulate our hormones. I call this the S.H.M.E.C effect.

  • We start by identifying diet mentality and it's impact on your ability to stay consistent.

  • We focus on making mindset shifts, discuss perfectionism & leading with self compassion.

  • We learn about our metabolism and why we think there is something "wrong" with us. We are  NOT the problem and your metabolism is NOT broken.. we can improve its adaptability

  • Discuss what your future self has in store for you!
